PUKKEENEGAK (pronounced poo-KEE-neh-gack) is the Inuit Goddess of childbirth and clothes-making. She rules over all household affairs, watching over her children and making sure that they have enough clothing and food. She is usually shown in a beautiful dress, with a tattooed face and warm boots.
