Father Frost

He is winter itself in Russia. While his snows bring rest and renewal he can also bring death to humans. As a matter of fact brining death to humans who dare enter his wintery realm is his favorite pastime.

But he seems to be mellowing out. He is now equated with Santa Claus, hardly the fearsome destroyer of mankind he once was.
