Pachamama is linked with Her husband, Inti, the sun god of the ancient Incas, Mama Cocha, the sea goddess, and the storm got Illampu. Together they form an integration of all four of the elements. She is still revered in the South American countries where the fruits of the earth, food from different regions, are offered to Her. She reminds us today of the need to acknowledge the power of the Earth and of the occasional unpredictable nature of Her elements.

"GET OUT FOR A FRESH AIR BREAK. IF YOU'RE STUCK IN A STUFF OFFICE ALL DAY, MAKE SURE TO FIND SOME TIME TO GET OUT INTO THE FRESH AIR....EVEN IF ONLY A BRISK WALK DURING YOUR LUNCH HOUR."
"GET INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH A TREE. I LOVE THIS ONE. TREES HAVE A SPECIAL MAGIC THEY WILL SHARE WITH US IF WE ALLOW THEM. LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE. "
"TRY AN OUTDOOR MEDITATION. "
Dance with the wind. Don't you just love this one. Just imagine...it's late at night, the wind is blowing, you're alone with nature. Spin and dance with the wind.
